Because of the nature of the Bankruptcy Boot Camp, there are no refunds once you have confirmed you registration with me by the completion of the on-line form.  If you confirm and cannot make the boot camp, don't worry.  Please make your payment anyway and you may attend any other boot camp I offer within one year after your originally scheduled boot camp, on a space available basis.  This is the same basic cancellation policy as the airlines except there is no $100 change fee. Please do not confirm unless you are certain you will attend, as I will hold a seat for you that someone else would have taken but for your confirmation.  You may also send another qualified attorney or staff member in your place for your originally scheduled Boot Camp date.  This person will also be required to complete and sign the Bankruptcy  Boot Camp Application.  Please don't confirm with me unless you're going to be here or you are willing to wait for another opening.  Since we can only take 12 Boot Campers at a time, I am sure you can fully appreciate the need for this Rule.  Thank you for your cooperation and thank you for your registration.
